Orthopedic and Traumatology Specialist

We are seeking an orthopedic and traumatology specialist to Pohjanmaan well-being district, initially placed at the orthopedic unit of Vaasa central hospital. The region is one of Finland’s 21 well-being regions, responsible for social, health and rescue services in the Pohjanmaa province. The center for specialized medical care is Vaasa central hospital, a hospital with extensive on-call services that provides high-quality around-the-clock specialized care. Outpatient services in specialized care are also offered in Jakobstad, enabling high-quality and accessible services for the population of the whole area. Eligibility: appropriate specialist medical training as per the Health Care Professionals Act (559/1994) §4a and a legally licensed specialist in Finland.
