Cashier

This role is for candidates with at least six months of experience working in a grocery store within the last three years. You may have experience in cashiering, shelf replenishment, order picking, or service desk – department does not matter. You will perform flexible piecework at various retail sites through Joblink, choosing shifts yourself. Most shifts are booked on short notice for the same week, though sometimes you may know your shifts several weeks ahead. Shifts often follow our customers’ seasonal peaks—busy periods have many shifts, quieter periods fewer. Your flexibility, attitude and proactivity will influence how many shifts you are offered. What we expect from you: previous experience in groceries is required. You enjoy variety and have the courage to handle multiple sites. Good social skills and enthusiasm for meeting new people. You need fluent Finnish and must be at least 18 years old. There is potential for longer-term opportunities; many employees have started with flexible work and later found permanent positions.
