Director of Financial Control

Role Summary: As Director of Financial Control, you will play a central role in building and scaling Neko Health’s global financial control environment during a period of rapid international expansion. Working closely with the CFO and senior finance leadership, you will ensure the company maintains a robust, scalable accounting and control framework capable of supporting a complex international structure and future public-market readiness. This role combines deep technical accounting expertise with the opportunity to build processes, systems, and teams that support a fast-scaling healthcare and technology organization. What you’ll deliver in the first 6–12 months includes establishing a robust Group financial control framework, strengthening internal controls and governance, standardizing global accounting policies, improving the month-end close process, partnering with ERP initiatives, and building a high-performing global finance control team. Minimum qualifications include 12–18+ years of experience, ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent, consolidation & reporting experience, IFRS knowledge, and experience scaling finance functions in high-growth environments. Preferred qualifications include SOX/IPO readiness, healthcare/regulatory industry background, Big 4 training, ERP experience, and leadership of international finance teams.
