Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a cleaning operations supervisor to support a client in Lahti. The role focuses on day-to-day supervision of cleaning staff at a construction site, ensuring smooth workflow, task allocation, and quality control. You will attend meetings and site inspections, and may participate in practical cleaning duties. P1-level cleanliness management is essential. Training and safety instructions are provided in Finnish, so strong Finnish language skills are required. The job requires prior experience in cleaning supervision at P1 sites, a valid safety card, proactive and responsible work ethic, good teamwork and organizational skills, and willingness to participate in hands-on cleaning tasks.
