Social Worker

Sosionomi role at Attendo Vire in Keminmaa. The position is full-time and permanent. The employee will plan and implement activities to support residents’ rehabilitation, participation and community belonging, provide guidance in daily living and goal attainment, deliver individual and group social work, encourage residents to engage in community activities, organize recreational and cultural events, strengthen residents’ social skills and networks, participate in caregiving when needed, collaborate with families, networks and the multidisciplinary team, and document and monitor progress. The role emphasizes resident-centered, solution-focused, and rehabilitative working methods. We offer a supportive, learning-oriented environment with flexible shifts, primarily weekdays mornings, with potential for three-shift work at start. The onboarding timeline can be discussed. We follow the Private Social Services Collective Agreement; salary range in this role is specified and there are additional allowances. We are a smoke-free workplace.
