You work well as a team player alongside two early childhood education teachers. As a child caregiver you promote the holistic wellbeing, growth and development of the children in collaboration with your workplace community and families. You are responsible for administering medications to your group when needed. Eligibility for the child caregiver role requires either a foundational qualification in education and instruction for early childhood education (e.g. day care worker), a basic qualification in social and health care (nurse's aide), or another equivalent suitable qualification with sufficiently broad studies in child care, upbringing, and teaching, including transitional provisions for personnel as per the Early Childhood Education Act. Candidates must present a criminal background extract and health verification regarding tuberculosis as required by health laws. Interviews will be scheduled within the application period.
