This role is Bangkok Based. We are looking for a Taiwan Linguist and Localization Expert to join our team and help improve localization of multiple Agoda products. Responsibilities include monitoring the quality of translated content, collaborating with internal teams and vendors, maintaining localization assets, supporting urgent translation requests, conducting product reviews, leading arbitration reviews, evaluating translation vendors, improving AI prompt engineering for Taiwan markets, supporting research, participating in training initiatives, providing cultural guidance for Taiwan, and promoting localization best practices. Qualifications include native-level fluency in Taiwan, a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Linguistics or related field, experience with MemoQ or similar CAT tools, strong English proficiency, excellent research skills, organization and time management, MS Office proficiency, and industry experience in travel/hospitality/e-commerce.
