ABOUT YOUR ROLE Reporting to the Sales Director to ensure relevant metrics and trends are identified and reported to key Stakeholders and Regional parties. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE :1. Support the development of agreed scorecards across sales teams and sourcing regions markets to track performance KPI• Support the development of KPI and establish scorecard metrics• Support the design and development of sales reports for key stakeholders summarizing the data and key trends 2. Assist and support the development of systems and processes to collect, analyze and interpret sales data, leveraging existing data sources and tools. (e.g. Qlik Sense, Salesforce)• Understand the tools and support the analysis to establish and reconcile gaps and errors• Support the identification of reporting and analysis problems and work with relevant organizations, systems owners and management to resolve. (e.g. Finance, IT)• Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes for the sales organization 3. Provide support to the Business Operation & Sales Teams for customer data analysis, rebate analysis, new program ROI analysis, Sales Forecast• Design Ad-Hoc reports based on available data / Metrics to support sales initiatives. 4. Provide support for Sales Target formulation and review. In charge of the Sales Target Achievement measurement process ( SIP ) and manage the relevant enquiry. 5. Support ad hoc projects on reviewing, understanding the systems, providing input to improve the systems so that more detailed analysis at program level can be done for Sales Teams

Responsibilities
- Lead and support KPI development and scorecard metrics across sales teams and regions
- Design and develop sales reports summarizing data and trends for key stakeholders
- Support data collection, analysis, and interpretation using tools like Qlik Sense and Salesforce
- Identify and help resolve reporting and analysis issues with Finance/IT and other stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sales reporting processes
- Provide ad hoc reports to support sales initiatives and decision making
- Support Sales Target formulation and management of SIP (Sales Target Achievement)
- Assist ad hoc projects to improve systems for deeper program-level analysis
- Collaborate with Business Operations and Sales teams on customer data analysis and ROI analyses
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5-10 years of relevant solid experience in business analysis
- Ability to present data in a logical concise manner
- Motivated and results driven to aggressive timelines
- Excellent analytical, report writing and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in project, process management and meeting facilitation
- Ability to multitask while delivering high quality results
- Ability to work within a highly matrix organization with a multicultural environment and diverse workforce
- Strong sense of ownership, responsible, detailed-minded and team-oriented
- Advanced knowledge in Google Sheets, Ms Excel and Google Slides
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Business Analyst.
