Accounting Team Lead

Team Lead Accounting at Stena Recycling leads the accounting team and supports business with high-quality accounting, efficient processes and capable teamwork. The role involves acting as the team lead for the accounting function, ensuring that bookkeeping, monthly closings and year-end processes, as well as core accounting activities, support the business in a timely and accurate manner. You will work closely with the finance organization, business units and internal and external stakeholders and participate in the development of financial processes and systems in an international environment. The position suits someone who enjoys people leadership, wants to develop operations together with others, and strives for a balance between daily smoothness and continuous improvement. The workplace is in Pasila and mainly on-site at our offices. You will need experience in bookkeeping and financial processes, experience in leadership and willingness to lead people, interest in developing processes, and commercial education of suitable level.
