Sales Assistant

We are seeking energetic, goal-oriented and eager-to-learn salespeople for a permanent position as part of our supportive team at Sector Alarm. As a Sector Alarm salesperson you genuinely help protect people’s homes, provide peace of mind for their daily lives and, in the best cases, save lives. The role involves weekdays from 13:00 to 21:00 with full-time or part-time options, with daily field visits to housing areas under supervision, and independent customer meetings at homes. You will be listening as much as talking, focusing on understanding customers’ needs and offering suitable solutions. Training and ongoing coaching are provided, including a five-step sales program. The team supports each other and managers provide guidance toward ambitious goals. The role offers career growth opportunities both in Finland and internationally, with internal promotions common. Performance-based rewards include commissions and monthly bonuses; top earners exceed €6,000 per month, with average around €2,200.
