Science And Biotechnology Specialist

Responsibilities

• Deliver trainings, technical guidance, and product/service demonstrations for internal and external users, ensuring correct application in daily practice.
• Support diagnostic workflows, including proper handling and use of reagents, diagnostic equipment, and relevant quality/control processes.
• Perform and support analytical method validations and related technical activities in line with CLSI standards (EP15-A3, EP15-A2, EP12-A2), including preparation, execution, review, and documentation.
• Provide technical documentation and traceability records as required, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal procedures and good practices.
• Conduct post-training follow-up by reviewing evaluations and ensuring effective knowledge transfer and implementation.
• Handle customer complaints according to the procedure, identify issues, and track corrective action plans to reduce errors, incidents, and recurrence.
• Support customer and partner interactions during technical meetings, workshops, educational activities, and field visits, maintaining confidentiality and professional conduct.
• Contribute to commercial/tender activities by reviewing technical specifications and aligning technical requirements with product capabilities.
• Participate in scientific and commercial meetings and events, and support visits from national and international business partners, ensuring proper coordination and documentation.
