Early Childhood Teacher

We are seeking an enthusiastic early childhood teacher for Keimolanmäen day care in Vantaa. The day care operates with a district-area model, with six districts in total. Each district hosts two children’s groups in dedicated facilities. The facilities support strong small-group activities in line with the early childhood education plan. We are part of the ProVaka operating model, which centers positive feedback and supportive guidance to foster an inclusive learning environment and a cohesive coaching culture. The kindergarten shares a campus with Keimolanmäen school and collaborates daily in common spaces such as the restaurant, gym, and yard. Remuneration: salary 3129.71 EUR/month, with additional monthly allowances of 15 EUR for degree qualification and 37.88 EUR for master’s degree. Experience-based uplift of 3–8%.
