We are seeking a Deputy Store Manager for our Östersund store. In this role you are on the ground where it all happens, taking on the responsibilities and day-to-day work when the store manager is away. You lead a team to keep the store well-run and welcoming for customers and colleagues. You inspire and support colleagues, create structure, and ensure things happen on time with both the big picture and the details in focus. Requirements include several years’ experience leading in retail (preferably in a high-volume environment), ability to think long-term and inspire others, strong communication, flexibility to adapt for the best customer/team/store outcomes, and a genuine drive to develop (perhaps aiming to run your own store in a few years). The role involves assisting with daily operations, participating in recruitment steps, and eventually stepping in as store manager when needed. Employment type is permanent with a six-month probation, full-time at 38.25 hours per week, with varied hours (morning, day, evening, weekends). Salary is accordance with the collective agreement.
