Now the housekeeping team at Hotel Kokkola needs a quick and reliable room attendant to ensure our guests have clean, neat and well-kept experiences in accommodation services. The role offers opportunity for independent work, yet within the housekeeping team; we take care of our guests together. For those with prior experience there is potential for permanent employment and more responsibilities. Working hours vary with bookings, mainly daytime on weekdays from 8:00 to 16:00. Hotel Kokkola is a 75-room cosy city hotel in the centre of Kokkol, guided by high quality goals and a guest experience motto of “come easily, feel good.” We offer a dynamic work environment and international colleagues. The housekeeping duties and cooperation with reception are central to success. Shifts are mornings 8–16; later daytime shifts mainly in peak season and on weekends. If you have previous cleaning experience or the required skills, you may also combine duties with breakfast service and/or reception tasks. We value a positive attitude, reliable work ethic, flexibility and a willingness to make every guest feel welcome. Relevant education and prior cleaning experience and knowledge of a booking system (we use Serviator) are appreciated. An apprenticeship-based path is also possible if you have some prior cleaning experience. The job starts as soon as a suitable candidate is found. Our team is international, so fluent Finnish and sufficient English for colleagues is required. The workplace is smoke-free.
