We are seeking a cyber security professional to join our team as a developer of Kreate’s security posture. The role acts as the operational owner of the security domain, bridging strategic development with practical execution in collaboration with the IT team, business units and partners. You will contribute to ensuring security is considered at corporate and unit levels across projects and development initiatives, and help shape a long-term security operating model and roadmap with stakeholders across the organization. The position combines technical information security, continuity management and security culture development, and includes influencing how artificial intelligence is used safely and responsibly in the organization. Key responsibilities include developing security practices and operating models, overseeing security monitoring ( practical monitoring outsourced to CSOC), identifying and assessing security risks, tracking vulnerabilities and remediation actions, strengthening security for Microsoft 365 and Azure environments (identities and application registrations), participating in the development of safe AI usage, promoting security culture and developing training and guidelines, ensuring data protection and compliance obligations are met, maintaining security and data protection documentation with system administrators, and contributing to IT continuity and recovery planning and testing. The role’s focus and responsibilities can be adjusted to match your expertise and growth as a security professional. Requirements include several years in security tasks, strong security knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure (Defender, Entra ID, Purview and Sentinel), experience with security monitoring and partner collaboration, understanding of data protection and GDPR, and fluency in Finnish and English. Desirable additional qualifications include experience with endpoint security, AI security and privacy perspectives, relevant certifications and training, and experience with regulated projects. Note that security clearance may be required. The workplace is in Vantaa, near Kehä Iii and Tuusulanväylä, with Jumbo and Flamingo within a short walking distance.
