Heavy Equipment Technician

Are you an experienced heavy equipment technician who enjoys independent work? Would you be interested in a versatile role where you tackle technical challenges both at the workshop and at customer sites? We are currently looking for a skilled heavy equipment technician for our client in Vantaa, Mikkola, on a permanent and full-time basis. The company specializes in maintenance, repair, and technical support for internationally well-known loading and handling and lifting equipment. They serve customers nationwide and are known for high-quality service and strong technical expertise. We are now seeking a professional technician for their Vantaa location to strengthen the service team. Your workday includes maintenance, repair and fault finding of heavy machinery, handling equipment and lifting devices. Tasks include both periodic maintenance and diagnosing and repairing more complex electrical and hydraulic faults. You will primarily work at the Vantaa site, but there will also be service visits to customer sites in Southern Finland, typically day trips. Your working week is 37.5 hours, Monday–Friday day shift. The contract follows the Auto- and Garage Industry collective agreement. We value experience in heavy equipment installations, knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems, prior repairs of cranes or handling equipment, an independent, solution-focused working style, and customer-service orientation.
