Leasing Manager

Do you want to be comprehensively responsible for high-quality leasing operations and directly influence the occupancy rate and return of properties? Taitokaari Oy is looking for an experienced, commercial, and highly organized **Leasing Manager** in Tampere to be responsible for the leasing of apartments, offices, and other premises owned by the company in the Pirkanmaa region. The position combines active leasing, risk management, customer service, and high-quality documentation. **Your duties include** - end-to-end leasing of apartments, offices, and other spaces - drafting and marketing of leasing advertisements - handling inquiries and organizing apartment and premises viewings - evaluating potential tenants and preparing lease agreements - key handovers, move-in and condition inspections - tenant customer service and handling complaints - weekly reporting and monitoring of the leasing portfolio - participating in the sales processes of the company's own properties when necessary **We expect from you** - at least 2–3 years of experience in leasing, real estate brokerage, or the real estate sector - evidence of independently managed leasing processes - a commercial approach and the ability to drive matters determinedly to completion - excellent written and oral Finnish language skills - good IT skills (Word, Excel, and electronic systems) - a driver's license and the ability to move between sites (own car is an advantage) - flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays for apartment and premises viewings - proficiency in Finnish and English and up-to-date IT skills LKV or LVV qualification is considered a very strong advantage, but an experienced leasing professional without a degree may also be selected for the position. **We especially value** We are looking for a person who thinks from the property owner's perspective. You are sales-oriented, but always make tenant selections carefully and objectively. You work systematically, document thoroughly, and keep several simultaneous processes under control. You are customer-service oriented, but also firm and consistent when necessary. **Remuneration** - fixed monthly salary €2,500 - in addition, performance-based leasing, sales, and quality commissions - total earnings typically **€3,500–5,000/month**. The work includes office and field work, as well as regular evening and Saturday work. Apartment viewings are mainly organized on weekday evenings from 4 PM to 8 PM and on Saturdays from 10 AM to 6 PM according to customers' schedules.
