We are seeking excavator operators for our clients around Turku for the 2026 season. We are looking for motivated workers for varied earthmoving projects. Work starts as agreed. We expect applicants to have experience operating wheel- and track-base excavators, at least one year of machine work, valid safety and traffic cards, a good work attitude and flexibility, and Finnish language skills. We offer the chance to work at various sites, pay according to the collective agreement (TES) or better based on your skills and experience, and a dedicated Worker's contact person to support you in matters related to employment.
