Purchasing Assistant

We are now looking for a Procurement Assistant in Tuusula to join our growing and developing company in a permanent position. As a Procurement Assistant, your duties will cover a broad and varied range of procurement tasks. You will support efficient procurement and the production process by, among other things: - maintaining procurement data - communicating delivery schedules to internal stakeholders - creating and sending purchase orders Your work will also include preparing procurement reports, and you will have the opportunity to take part in developing procurement systems and processes. Your workplace is at our Tuusula site, alongside our production unit. In March 2026, we moved into completely new and modern premises in the Sulan industrial area in Tuusula. It is possible to work partly remotely. To succeed in the role, you should have suitable education, such as a qualification in procurement, industrial engineering and management, or business. The position is an excellent fit for someone starting their career, and we will support your development along a career path towards becoming a procurement professional. You will have gained 1–3 years of practical experience in similar duties, for example through summer jobs and internships. You can use various systems and software in your work, such as ERP, Excel, and procurement and logistics systems. You work fluently in Finnish and English. We hope you have good communication and teamwork skills, as you will work closely with our different units and suppliers. You are keen to keep developing your skills, genuinely interested in the field, and have an independent and proactive approach to work. The salary range for the position is approximately €2,900–€3,300/month, depending on your experience and skills. Why Chiller?
