The role involves managing shift handovers, optimizing staffing, ensuring safety and sanitation compliance, controlling machine speeds, reducing scraps, overseeing output, assigning staff to machine issues, ensuring good practices, preparing reports, investigating KPI issues, participating in daily meetings, coordinating with departments, and reporting activities hourly.
