We are seeking a sales‑minded After Sales Engineer to strengthen our spare parts team in Hollola on a permanent basis. In this responsible role you will develop Roxon’s spare parts sales and customer processes in international markets together with the rest of the sales organization. You will be responsible for your own named accounts as well as quote and order handling, pricing and follow‑up for other spare parts customers. The role is rich and varied, with close contact to customers and a technical mindset helping our customers succeed. You will play a key role in customer facing activities, and enjoy developing partnerships.

Responsibilities
- Process quotes and order confirmations, pricing and follow-up with external and internal customers
- Problem solving to find the best technically and economically viable solution for customers
- Ensure order and delivery logistics and communicate up-to-date information to customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle and document complaints efficiently
- Daily interaction with international customers
Requirements
- Technical education in engineering (Engineer / DI)
- Ability to read drawings
- Experience with Lean/ERP and SolidWorks or Aton BDM and MS programs
- Previous experience in technical customer service or machine shop operations or similar technical field
- Customer meetings and willingness to travel
- Strong teamwork and willingness to develop expertise to find best solutions for customers
- Precise and systematic work approach, pressure tolerance and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Finnish and English both written and spoken; other languages are an advantage
