Ski Lift Operator

Staffpoint is hiring for Lapland Ski Resort Luosto as Ski Lift Operators for the winter season 2026–2027. The role includes duties such as customer service at the lower station of the ski lift, monitoring the lifts, snow work at lift departure points, daily required lift inspections and other tasks related to ski area services. The job requires a responsible attitude and flexibility in tasks. Shifts run on weekdays and weekends, mainly between 9:00 and 18:00. Work is performed on a snowmobile. The employment starts at the beginning of December and lasts roughly until April 2027. It is a full-time outdoor position with 112.5 hours per 3 weeks. The employment contract is between the employee and StaffPoint. Lapland Hotels chain is a non-smoking workplace. We offer accommodation assistance with affordable monthly rent if desired. The Luosto ski resort is located in the serene scenery of Pyhä-Luosto National Park, about 90 minutes by car from Rovaniemi. Applications are processed during the application period.
