Content Marketing Specialist

Maceakauppa.fi is seeking an experienced content marketing professional to build online store content marketing and create engaging, understandable and commercial content for Macea products. You will be responsible for planning, implementing and developing content marketing. You will build a monthly content and publishing plan, identify compelling content topics from products and publish ideas independently. The role involves bringing content marketing into practice from the ground up with the goal of increasing brand awareness for Macea, driving traffic to the online store and supporting sales. Responsibilities include ideating, scripting, filming and editing videos; producing content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube; adapting content to different channels and formats; highlighting products, product groups, seasons and campaigns; developing content series and new content concepts; coordinating shooting days; producing graphic material for digital and print use; repurposing old content into new formats; planning content that directs traffic to the online store and supports sales; monitoring and developing content outcomes based on data. We hope you enjoy being in front of the camera and are ready to be the face of Maceakauppa. You should be natural and confident in presenting products and their usage in a clear and engaging way. You do not need to know our products beforehand, but you want to learn their features and understand customer needs. You can turn content ideas into published pieces and you are able to work independently through the whole production chain. You have experience with modern equipment, video editing and pacing, captions and graphics, vertical and horizontal video, light image editing, and graphic design. Tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve are familiar to you. You understand the commercial side as well, tracking reach, watch time, engagement and traffic to the online store and applying insights in practice. You also understand SEO basics and can write fluent, engaging and commercial content. Translating technical product features into easily understandable customer communication comes naturally. Knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads is a plus. The role also includes translating English user manuals and other documents into Finnish and polishing their appearance; Swedish content is required when needed. Klaviyo, Odoo and WooCommerce skills and Swedish language ability are considered a plus. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on and proactive marketing professional with a strong visual eye and graphic skills, confidence in front of the camera, good Finnish speaking and writing skills, commercial thinking, ideation and storytelling abilities, systematic approach, interest in data and improving results, and the ability to learn and develop content quickly. We especially value the ability to view the product from the customer perspective and make it easily understandable and compelling. This is a full-time permanent position with working hours Monday–Friday 8:00–16:00. After initial stability, hybrid work is possible. Salary consists of a fixed monthly salary plus performance-based bonus; the monthly salary will be negotiated based on skills and experience. Total compensation estimated at €3,500–€4,500 per month.
