Insurance Manager
Responsibilites include developing and implementing insurance products for Scania Finance Poland and MAN Financial Services Poland based on customer needs and legal requirements. Manage relationships and negotiate terms with key insurance partners (insurance companies, brokers and agencies). Co-create sales strategy and support the sales teams through training and tools. Monitor portfolio KPIs (loss ratios, renewals, recoveries, claim frequency). Optimize profitability and stability of the insurance portfolio in collaboration with brands. Supervise claims settlement processes to meet brands’ requirements. Supervise processes related to insurance offers, policy servicing, settlements with insurance partners and brands and handling complaints. Operationally manage Scania Insurance Poland agency and staff. Ensure regulatory compliance and collaborate with other departments within this scope. Align with the Traton Financial Services group guidelines.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance (agency, broker, insurer) in a managerial position.
- Higher education, preferred fields: finance, management, insurance or related
- Excellent knowledge of insurance products and regulatory framework in insurance
- Analytical and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build long-term business relationships
- Creativity, problem-solving attitude and initiative in action
- Fluent English
