As a Specialist I, Governance, Risk and Compliance, you will play a key role in strengthening Security Governance & Compliance for the assigned Client Program/s. This position is focused on helping ensure compliance with Concentrix and client security standards, supporting audit readiness, and driving proactive risk mitigation to protect the business from fraud, data incidents, and security surprises. You will partner closely with delivery and business teams to help build a strong, sustainable compliance culture that supports program success and growth. Responsibilities Provide client security and audit compliance support for the Capetown footprint. Conduct regular security assessments and inspections, and manage client site audits. Guide and support remediation efforts to ensure compliance with Concentrix and client security and data protection policies and procedures. Manage client escalations, proactive audits for risk monitoring, internal and external site audits, and new hire orientation. Drive implementation of Concentrix security requirements, global security directives, and guidelines. Manage the client escalation process, validate incidents, and assist with investigations. Identify outliers in performance metrics and incentive trends to detect and remediate fraud and metric manipulation. Implement security best practices and proactive controls to detect and limit the impact of metric manipulation, data incidents, and fraud. Collaborate with delivery and business teams to support program success, compliance performance, and continued growth. Support employee awareness initiatives related to security governance, audit readiness, and compliance expectations. Complete all assigned, mandatory training within the timeframe provided. Conduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with your direct manager and/or direct reports. Qualifications Experience in security governance, compliance, risk management, audit, or a related security function. Knowledge of security standards, audit processes, and data protection practices. Ability to conduct assessments, inspections, and compliance reviews with strong attention to detail. Experience supporting internal and external audits, including remediation tracking and follow-through. Understanding of fraud detection, incident validation, and risk mitigation practices. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, outliers, and areas of exposure. Ability to collaborate effectively across operational, delivery, and business teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and reporting documentation is preferred.
