HUS is Finland’s largest operator in specialised medical care. Together with the Helsinki University Faculty of Medicine and other regional universities and institutions, we are overwhelmingly the largest scientific actor in healthcare and a training organization for staff. We are also a pioneer in developing healthcare information systems and digitalisation. The role involves joining a high-performing team in a stimulating and challenging environment. We are looking for a Customer Director to a permanent position in the customer management team. The Customer Director is responsible for the City of Helsinki’s customer relationship in collaboration with HUS actors, coordinates and aligns operations of the well-being region and HUS to ensure the integration targets for specialised medical care and primary healthcare services in their area. The Customer Director actively seeks common operating models and synergies for services offered to various well-being regions and Helsinki together with other Customer Directors. They ensure the implementation of equity across the Uusimaa region. Success requires understanding the significance of the SOTE reform and the special features of the Uusimaa regional solution, as well as the duties of specialised medical care within the SOTE solution. Knowledge of the services of HUS operating divisions and sectors supports success. You will thrive if you are autonomous, proactive, have good communication and interpersonal skills, and enjoy networking and collaborating in challenging situations. You are goal-oriented in all actions. You operate smoothly in broad networks within HUS and with the well-being regions of Uusimaa. A medical degree is an asset. In this role you will report to the Customer Director directly. Depending on education and experience, other medical responsibilities may be included.
