About the Role This is a unique opportunity to help build global privacy and AI programs from the ground up. You will be on-site in San Mateo and report to the Chief Privacy Officer. What You'll Do Subject Matter Expert on global privacy laws and AI/ML regulations. Privacy Program Governance in collaboration with privacy, security and product stakeholders. Responsible AI Governance. Product Counseling with Product Counsel. Commercial Support including DPAs and security terms. Audit Program Governance and Incident Response Management. About You JD from ABA-approved law school, 8+ years privacy experience, in-house experience preferred, strong communicator, willing to commute to office five days a week.

Requirements
- J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school
- 8+ years of relevant privacy experience
- In-house counsel experience at a B2B technology company (preferred)
