Hiidenkivi comprehensive school, Rajatie 7, 00730 Helsinki The position is permanent and part-time, 35 hours per week. Work starts on 26 October 2026 or by agreement, and takes place on weekdays. The pay for the position is €14.50–€15.50 per hour, depending on your experience and education. Our five-person team prepares tasty school meals for around 700 young customers and sends meals to around 700 people at other locations. Join a cheerful, flexible team where there is room for humour. Good food and quality matter to you As a cook, you prepare lunch, snacks and special-diet meals. Your other responsibilities include dishwashing and kitchenware care, keeping the premises clean, and helping unload deliveries. You also take part in other kitchen tasks when needed. What you need to succeed We expect you to have a vocational qualification in the field and at least one year of experience working as a cook. You are familiar with special diets and are an encouraging team member. We hope you are flexible, responsible and a cheerful food educator. We especially value a desire to develop your skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations. You need Finnish language skills for this job.
