Food Worker

We operate in several regions in Finland and our head office is in Tampere. We are now seeking for our client in Hämeenlinna an ELINTARVIKETYÖNTEKIJÄ (food production worker). Are you suited for industrial, precision‑driven, varied work? An inquisitive nature and willingness to learn are key. Our client seeks workers for production and quality control. Previous experience is not required, but a clear fearless attitude and natural accuracy are important. The job is a 2‑shift role, and commuting by public transport is challenging. You will not fear physical work and you are at least 18 years old. Your duties include following recipes in raw materials, supervising quality and production machines. Training will be provided, and attitude determines success. Preferred: prior experience in food production; precision, natural team spirit and good physical condition; enthusiastic and responsible customer‑oriented teamwork; holding a B‑driver’s license and a car to reach the workplace; hygiene certificate or willingness to obtain it. We expect: Finnish language skills; readiness for shift work. Pay is according to the food industry collective agreement, 12.85 €/h (group 3 + allowances). The job is full‑time on a fixed term contract, but a good performer may obtain a long‑term employment opportunity.
