Join Validia to help create a better life for people. We are looking for enthusiastic and committed on-call workers for Hirvensalo and Samppalinna Validia houses. Work when it suits you and contribute to a better everyday life for clients with disabilities, with flexible hours and impact on your own schedule. Prior certification such as LOVe (or other medication nursing training) or the ability to complete it at the start of employment is considered an asset. The Hirvensalo unit comprises two service points: Hirvensalo Validia-talo and Samppalinnan Validia-asunnot. We are seeking on-call staff for both sites. Clients are disabled, injured, or have neurological conditions, and at Validia we enable them to live a life that suits them and is of high quality. You will work in diverse and varied tasks, meeting clients as individuals and supporting them in daily life. Duties include assisting with basic daily activities, medication administration, documentation, and providing personal care and recreational activities.
