VILP Installer

We are seeking an experienced and motivated VILP installer / Nokkamies to join our team. The role involves high-quality installation and commissioning of water–air heat pump systems (VILP), leading the installation team on sites in Southern Finland, and providing technical support to sales (including inspections and verifications for more demanding projects). You will handle customer service and user training for the systems, and you should be prepared to take on more responsibility in leading teams and developing operations in the future. The candidate should have prior experience with VILP/ILP or HVAC installations, suitable industry training (e.g., HVAC or electrical installer), a drive to grow into more responsible roles, fluent Finnish, good communication skills, a driving license class B, and a proactive, independent work attitude.
