We are looking for energetic and motivated construction assistants for various tasks on construction sites. Job duties include assisting with site tasks such as maintaining cleanliness, moving materials, stacking, and general construction work. The work may also involve demolition, protection, preparation tasks, and assisting other workers with daily tasks. We value a good work attitude, initiative, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in construction is an advantage, but the most important thing is willingness to work and learn new skills. A valid safety card and good physical condition are required. Finnish language skills are necessary, as the work language is Finnish. We also appreciate reliable, flexible, and energetic work ethic. Work is available both on a temporary and longer-term basis.
