Our client Eurajoki Group Turku is recruiting for two new positions at the Orikedon location: a Recycling Worker and a Front-line Supervisor. Both roles are full-time and permanent. You do not need to be a professional in the field; a positive attitude and willingness to learn matter. You will receive thorough onboarding. Work is performed on weekdays in shifts between 7:00 and 18:00. Recycling Worker responsibilities include receiving metal scrap, customer service face-to-face, by phone and email, sorting loads, loading and unloading with a forklift and material machine, preparing purchase receipts and transfer documents, and participating in inventories. Front-line Supervisor responsibilities include assisting the Recycling Worker daily tasks, ensuring unit smooth operation, and shift planning. We expect you to have a positive work attitude, enthusiasm for customer service and hands-on work, willingness to work outdoors partly, basic IT skills (MS Office), forklift driving is an advantage. We offer a fair pay according to collective agreement or based on previous experience: Recycling Worker 14–17 €/h; Front-line Supervisor 17–23 €/h.
