Tuotannon kehitysinsinööri Chillerin tuotannon kehittyvän ja kasvavan tuotannon tueksi. Tehtävä vastaa tuotannon kehitysprojekteista ja jatkuvasta parantamisesta asiakasräätälöidissä valmistusympäristöissä. Johtaa tuotannon, logistiikan ja varaston kehityshankkeita sekä osallistuu automaatio-, robotiikka- ja ERP-kehitysprojekteihin. Vastaa toimintamallien vakioinnista, tuotantolayoutien kehittämisestä sekä investointien valmistelusta. Kehittää mittareita, raportointia ja materiaalivirtoja. Responsibilities
- Lead production, logistics and warehouse development projects
- Participate in automation, robotics and ERP development projects from a production perspective
- Coordinate project aspects with other functions
- Standardize operating models, develop production layouts and prepare investments
- Develop metrics, reporting and material flows to improve data-driven management and productivity
- Influence long-term development projects and implement changes
- Work primarily on-site with occasional remote days
Requirements
- Experience in manufacturing production development
- Understanding of production environments, assembly processes and material flows
- Engineering background in production engineering or production management (a plus)
- Refrigerant, electrical or HVAC expertise (a plus)
- Fluent Finnish and English
- Strong Excel skills
- Power BI experience and ERP/system development
- Teamwork, initiative and ability to lead change
- Willingness to work in environments with evolving processes
- Able to manage long-term development projects and mentor staff
