We are seeking a results-driven Sales Negotiator / Independent Sales Representative for our growing personnel leasing company in Uusimaa. You will be responsible for proactive new business development (B2B), selling recruitment and staffing services across industries, understanding client needs and offering solutions, maintaining and developing client relationships, and managing the sales process from start to finish. The role is autonomous with commission-based earnings, and offers flexible, independent work model and opportunities for long-term career in sales. Tasks include prospecting, approaching potential customers, needs assessment, presenting concepts, closing deals, and supporting recruitment and operations processes. Requirements include sales experience (experience in staffing/HR is a plus), initiative, result-oriented attitude, excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work independently as an entrepreneur, and desire to build own business.
