Wheel Loader Operator for Snow Removal We are recruiting a wheel loader operator for snow removal in Rovaniemi for the 2026–2027 winter season. Our snow-removal workers work at construction sites and other work locations. We are looking for someone who can carry out snow-ploughing work with a wheel loader smoothly and safely. Shifts are determined by snowfall. The work requires an honest and independent attitude, a safe and calm approach, and fluent Finnish. A valid Occupational Safety Card is considered an advantage, and workers must be at least 18 years old. The work is on an on-call basis as needed according to snow conditions, and shifts range from the early hours of the morning to daytime. You must sometimes be able to accept shifts at short notice.
