Touhula Linnanmaa is a four-group daycare where energetic and cheerful early childhood professionals work. Exercise and movement are visible in our daily life. We seek a brisk and adventurous early childhood professional for a small-group and full-day pedagogy implementation across groups. You will move children with your example, inside and outside all weather, contribute to developing pedagogy in line with Touhula values, and receive support from a strong team and an experienced leader who is present in daily life. The role requires good Finnish language skills. As an early childhood teacher you are the pedagogical lead and facilitator in your team, responsible for planning and delivering high-quality daily activities using Touhula Rhythm. Your core duties include pedagogical leadership, individual support, customer experience, team support and developing an inclusive feedback culture. We offer a competitive salary for a full-time employee between €2,792.02 and €3,293.23 per month; final pay depends on experience and any personal pay supplements for special expertise. We are open to discussing recognition of special skills during the interview and the alignment of pay within the range. We also support teacher qualification through paid study days and a €1,000 stipend in our incentive program. Requirements include ability to build open professional communication with all stakeholders, responsible work attitude, criminal record check and infection control clearance, and the official kindergarten teacher qualification.
