You will also organize internal events, handle confidential matters with precision, and ensure smooth information flow between management, teams, and stakeholders. The role requires regular work at the Helsinki office in an international environment where the working languages are Finnish and English. Responsibilities
- Proactive management of the unit head's calendar, schedules, and daily priorities
- Coordination of travel, meeting, and event arrangements
- Preparation of management team meetings, coordination of materials, and acting as secretary to follow up on actions
- Organization of internal events and practical arrangements
- Handling confidential matters accurately and efficiently
- Ensuring smooth information flow and close cooperation with management, experts, stakeholders, and other assistants
Requirements
- Suitable education (e.g., Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent)
- Excellent teamwork skills, customer service orientation, and ability to work independently
- Systematic and proactive approach to work
- Adaptable and flexible attitude in a diverse and fast-paced environment
- Fluent oral and written skills in Finnish and English
- Experience as an executive assistant or in similar roles managing schedules and practical arrangements
