Senior HR Specialist

As a SAP SuccessFactors Senior Specialist is the functional and technical owner of the SuccessFactors platform at Outokumpu together with other members of our team. You get to take technical and project ownership lead in various SAP SF related projects, enhancements and new developments, releases. In your role, you ensure the platform support is timely and user friendly for managers and employees in all HR processes, ensuring highest workforce data integrity, and continuous process improvement across the employee lifecycle. You will work closely with the multiple stakeholders internally and externally. Working very closely and dividing workload with one other, existing SAP SuccessFactors Expert. What you'll do Lead the development and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors Manage system enhancements, releases, and projects Partner with HR and business stakeholders globally Ensure data quality, compliance, and seamless integrations Support and enable HR users, managers, and employees Collaborate with SAP and other external partners What we're looking for 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience Experience with Employee Central and other SuccessFactors modules Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills Understanding of HR processes in an international environment Experience with integrations, business rules, or SAP Integration Suite is an advantage Fluent English Reporting to: VP, People Data & Technology Start Date: As soon as possible Ready to make an impact through technology and people?
