Early Childhood Education Teacher

We are seeking an enthusiastic, development-minded early childhood education teacher to work at Ylästö Daycare. The position is permanent with start date as agreed. The role involves teaching in the pre-school group within a team including another early childhood education teacher, a childcare worker and an assistant. The daycare is part of the Ylästö unit, located in a natural, child-friendly area, with strong emphasis on inclusive leadership and collaborative work. You will contribute to a calm, supportive and engaging learning environment and participate in everyday activities close to the local surroundings. The unit aims to support children’s social skills and participation, while ensuring a respectful interaction with parents. The Employment Terms follow the Municipal Education Personnel collective agreement (OVTES). Salary is 3129.46–3234.53 EUR/month, with additional allowances based on qualifications and experience.
