Cost and Accounting Specialist

The Cost and Accounting Specialist will handle cost calculation, financial analysis, budgeting and accounting processes within a manufacturing context in Pori. Responsibilities include maintenance and development of product costing, analyzing product profitability, providing practical financial insights to support decision-making, developing leadership reporting and performance analyses, monitoring budgeting and cash flow, and supporting inventory cost control and cost-saving initiatives. The role also covers general accounting tasks, monthly closures, audit support, internal controls, ERP-system development projects, and close collaboration with finance colleagues to ensure smooth daily processes. Fluency in Finnish and English is required for effective communication with finance and other stakeholders.
