Industrial Designer
Industrial Designer at Creo Center; hybrid work with growth opportunities.
We are currently seeking an experienced industrial designer for Creo Center to develop modern products and innovative solutions in Turku or Espoo. In this role you will combine creative vision, user‑centered design, and technical know‑how as part of demanding product development projects, spanning from product design to UX design. You will contribute to future product families, shaping concepts, design, and final surface finishes into production-ready assemblies. Your work will balance aesthetics, color, materials, and surfaces with practicality, cost‑efficiency, manufacturability and comprehensive user experience. You will merge visual quality, usability, and technical requirements in your designs. What kind of candidate are we looking for? We want a visually and technically oriented problem solver who can refine ideas into tangible, producible products. You understand that successful products arise from balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. You will collaborate with experts from different fields and understand the product development process beyond your own core expertise. You can drive work forward independently, work flexibly at customer interfaces, and justify your solutions with convincing visual and technical arguments. You communicate fluently in Finnish and English and feel comfortable in an international environment. You should have experience with parametric 3D design using SolidWorks or Creo, and with Adobe software for visual design. We also appreciate willingness to utilise AI tools purposefully and responsibly to support ideation, concepting, visualization, and design processes. In parallel with project work you will actively contribute to developing the team, operations, and design capabilities with colleagues. Why Creo Center? At Creo Center you will join a cross‑disciplinary product development community of over 160 experts where excellence grows through collaboration. As an industrial designer you will become part of an innovative, knowledgeable work community and experience how interdisciplinary teamwork shows in everyday work. We offer: - A developing career: A skilled colleague network and a diverse client base from different industries provide continuous opportunities to learn. In a fast‑growing organization you will help shape new work and influence team practices. - Comprehensive employee benefits: We offer a lunch advantage, phone benefit, commuter or company bike benefit, extended occupational healthcare and extensive leisure accident insurance. Our Espoo office also features a gym that employees can use freely. - Shared success: We believe in collective achievements and distribute a portion of our利润 as a People bonus among all employees. - Smooth daily work: We work in hybrid fashion with flexible working hours to support work–life balance. We also invest in modern tools, software and pleasant offices to ensure smooth operations. Join our successful team to create growth for future products. Please apply as soon as possible, but no later than 11 October 2026. The position is permanent and full‑time and starts by agreement. If you have questions before applying, you can contact Jussi Ruohonen at 050 302 6897 on Wed 30 Sep 09:00–11:00 or Wed 7 Oct 09:00–11:00.
