Your role: As an AI Solution Architect in Deloitte's AI & Data team within the Technology & Transformation business unit, you will design and steer client engagements to build scalable AI capabilities and ensure AI solutions fit into the enterprise landscape, architecture, data, security and governance. You will lead AI engagements, define scope, coordinate stakeholders and work hands-on with technical teams on AI architectures (cloud-native and agentic AI patterns on Azure/AWS/GCP). You will evaluate emerging AI/ML and automation technologies, drive development of AI-powered PoCs towards production-ready solutions, and collaborate with Engineering and Delivery methodology teams. You will facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders, nurture client relationships, support proposals and mentor engineers and architects. Responsibilities
- Lead design and steering of client engagements to build scalable AI capabilities
- Advise on embedding AI into existing architectures considering data, security, governance, and human-in-the-loop
- Shape and lead AI engagements; define scope, coordinate stakeholders, collaborate with technical teams
- Provide technical oversight across project workstreams; manage dependencies and risks
- Evaluate emerging AI/ML and automation technologies; advise on adoption
- Drive development of AI-powered POCs towards production-ready solutions
- Collaborate with Engineering and Delivery methodology teams
- Facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders; build client relationships
- Support proposal development and business development activities; mentor engineers and architects
- Act as trusted advisor in client discussions; balance technical depth with business relevance
- Work with global and local teams; contribute to Deloitte's collaborative culture
Requirements
- 5+ years of data/analytics/AI technology delivery experience, including at least 3 years in a senior architecture or technical leadership role
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying agentic AI, LLM-driven automation, and multi-agent systems in enterprise environments
- Proficiency in Python, AI/ML model development, and workflow orchestration
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for deploying AI and automation workloads
- Strong knowledge of integration architecture, APIs, microservices, and CI/CD practices
- AI architecture certifications from Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Familiarity with RAG architectures, vector databases, and agentic frameworks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and in teams
- Fluent English; Finnish or Swedish language asset
- Valid residence and work permit; relocation not primary option
