We are seeking a motivated CNC machinist to join our production team in Lapua, Finland. The role involves turning on CNC lathes (Fanuc control) with potential to work in an automated robot cell as skills develop. Production lots range from small series to medium runs. The job is permanent and mainly conducted in two shifts. We value a proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and high-quality workmanship, evident in daily tasks. Requirements include experience with CNC lathes (Fanuc), measurement, programming and interpretation of drawings, and willingness to work shifts. You may be an experienced professional or at the start of your career—the most important thing is the right mindset and a desire to grow in the role.
