Position Summary: We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with an experience in Data Engineering or Data Platform development with a mindset to design scalable, production-grade systems. This role requires both deep technical ability and leadership - someone who can architect solutions, contribute to development, and mentor team members. Responsibilities include designing and building scalable data platforms, ingestion frameworks, and analytics solutions; architect end-to-end data solutions; develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks, Spark, and cloud-native technologies; design and implement Lakehouse architectures and data models following Medallion principles; collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to deliver data-driven capabilities; drive architecture discussions and ensure scalability, reliability, security, and cost efficiency; implement data governance, RBAC, RLS, CLS, data quality, and security best practices; review designs and code, maintain engineering standards, and mentor junior engineers; enable AI-driven insights by building data foundations and integrating AI capabilities into the platform.
