Foreman: UAB Globalita has an exciting opportunity for a Production foreman to join our team. We are looking for a foreman to lead a scaffolders team. It will be a perfect role for someone who has great management skills and is experienced in scaffolding work. Job description includes supervision, monitoring work, ensuring quality and safety standards, accounting of work hours, project progress, and report preparation. Requirements include good communication skills in English, experience in scaffolding assembly/dismantling, reading production drawings, and strong organizational skills. Salary 3500 - 4500 EUR/month after taxes. Scaffolder: At least 2 years of work experience in shipbuilding, English language skills, valid scaffolding certificates, and occupational health & safety training. We offer permanent employment with a salary of 2000 - 2500 EUR after taxes, starting date upon agreement, working hours 48-54 hours.
