Returns & Replenishment Analyst

You oversee intake, validation, and tracking of all returns including customer returns, damages, rejected and near-expiry stocks. You coordinate pickups, transfers, inspections, and final disposition of returned goods with internal teams and external partners, ensuring proper handling, segregation, and timely completion. You assist in stock replenishment and transfers across warehouses and depots, ensuring timely execution, accurate documentation, and proactive identification of stock risks or discrepancies. You prepare reports on returns, replenishment, and inventory issues; ensuring compliance with policies and audit requirements; and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. The Returns & Replenishment Analyst will be part of the Supply Chain team and will report directly to the Contract Logistics Manager. What will make you successful You have at least 3 years of experience in logistics – inbound & outbound, preferably with an FMCG background You have experience with warehouse management systems, preferably in Oracle NetSuite and strong MS Excel skills You are organized, results-driven, thrives in a dynamic work environment, able to create sound decisions and demonstrates ownership You can do thorough data analysis and confidently communicate results and insights for action planning What do we offer?
