Learn more at www.getpliant.com ABOUT THE ROLE As Senior Technical Writer - Solutions Engineering, you will own how developers, customers, and partners experience Pliant through our documentation. You will lead a full overhaul of Pliant’s developer documentation, rebuild information architecture, and unify Direct and Partner API documentation into a single coherent Pliant API story. This is not a write-things-after-launch role; you will work embedded with Product and Engineering and turn tribal knowledge into durable content. WHAT YOU’LL DO Own Pliant’s developer documentation end-to-end. Lead information architecture overhaul. Unify Direct and Partner API docs. Validate documentation hands-on. Establish and uphold standards. Partner with Product and Engineering on API governance. Shape developer portal and docs tooling. Use modern AI tooling to assist drafting while maintaining quality. Define and track quality signals. WHAT YOU’LL BRING 5+ years of technical writing, fintech domain a plus, architecture skills, docs-as-code familiarity, English fluency; other European languages a plus.
