Private Banker position at Alexandria Group Oyj, a leading Finnish investment services company with over 200 investment professionals across 30 locations. You will drive new client acquisition and maintain strong client relationships, supported by a collaborative team and experienced colleagues. The role offers autonomy in time management and task organization, with a training period provided in which you receive a fixed compensation, followed by a commission-based incentive structure as a tied adviser. We value teamwork, customer-centric service, and a positive work atmosphere, and we provide comprehensive onboarding, strong team support, and modern tools. Requirements include experience in long-term client work and a track record in sales, APV1 qualification or willingness to pursue it, APV2 within two years of starting, strong Finnish language skills (Swedish beneficial), relevant education or years of experience in savings and investments, and ability to understand investment services regulatory framework.
