Job Details

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and service scanning instruments across US clinical sites with high reliability and minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operational teams to translate field insights into product/process improvements.
  • Document, report, and ensure compliance standards across installations and service activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency and instrument performance.
  • Support scaling of field service capabilities as Neko expands its clinical footprint in the US.

Requirements

  • Technical certification, Associate degree, or equivalent experience in an engineering, biomedical, or technical field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in field service engineering, technical support, instrumentation, or similar roles.
  • Proven experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and servicing technical equipment in operational environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and geographies.
