Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineering and operational teams to translate field insights into product/process improvements.
Document, report, and ensure compliance standards across installations and service activities.

Requirements

Technical certification, Associate degree, or equivalent experience in an engineering, biomedical, or technical field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in field service engineering, technical support, instrumentation, or similar roles.
Proven experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and servicing technical equipment in operational environments.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset.
Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and geographies.
